The room had a nice patio with a small table and two chairs. Nice big shower head but it didn’t have the nice hard water pressure we thought it would have for it’s size. They have a restaurant inside the Casino and the food is similar to typical diner food. They do sell cigarettes at the gift shop but you can’t smoke inside the Casino nor the rooms. One thing we had not noticed until we had already paid and checked in was that they do not sell any liquor at this Casino and it’s non smoking too., they said there is no bars near by either. The lady said we were getting a discount already for it, that their regular rates non Covid times were higher. I asked if we would get a discount on the room because we would not have access to the pool. The nice lady gave us the room rates and I asked if they had a “pool” which she said that yes they do have a pool but due to Covid it was closed. When we arrived at the Casino/Hotel we walked up to the Registration area and asked for their room rates. We drove up to the Ute Casino without booking a reservation.
